The Two-Meat Sweet Spot

Adding a second meat is $4.70 more than the Regular Plate - a worthwhile upgrade if you're eating heartily or you want variety. The classic is brisket + sausage ("the Wild Bill combo, but on a plate"), but ribs + brisket is also extremely respected among regulars.

Second Meat Recommendations

Already getting brisket - Add sausage for peppery contrast, or ribs for textural contrast. If you're getting turkey, pair with chicken for the lighter eater.
