The Upgrade Taco

The plain Brisket Taco is $2.85. Upgrading to Brisket & Egg is $1.10 extra and gets you a full scrambled egg on top of the same smoked beef. The egg softens the brisket slightly, adds moisture, and makes the whole thing feel more like a "breakfast" and less like "BBQ in a tortilla". Both approaches are valid - depends on your mood.
